Caroline Garry is fueled by finding solutions at the intersection of design and health. In her role as VP, Strategy and Design, she helps leading organizations overcome chaos and complexity through innovative, human-centered solutions.
Caroline brings more than 20 years of expertise in brand, business, storytelling, creative direction, entrepreneurship, human-centered design, customer experience and communications. At Langrand, she works both front and center and behind the scenes to bring about long-lasting and meaningful change for our clients. She has led engagements for partners including MD Anderson Cancer Center, Virginia Mason Hospital and Medical Center (now Virginia Mason Franciscan Health), The Woman’s Hospital of Texas, Harris Health, Memorial Hermann Health System, Arkansas Blue Cross and Blue Shield, Credence Blue Cross and Blue Shield, Elevance Health, Livestrong and the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation.
Previously, Caroline held senior positions at creative agencies around the U.S., owned a consulting practice and served as an Adjunct Professor at Austin Community College. Today, she is a public speaker on mental health and access, a Cub Scout Leader and an avid outdoors enthusiast in the Pacific Northwest.
