Shannon Langrand is dedicated to using strategy as a powerful tool to help organizations navigate uncertain futures. Since founding Langrand more than two decades ago, she has worked with senior leaders at Fortune 50 companies, category disruptors and the public sector on new ways to innovate and solve problems in the face of change. Her unique ability to spark innovation in legacy organizations has helped clients to reorient their brand, business strategy and company culture around new paths to growth.

Shannon is deeply passionate and knowledgeable about the business of health, using her expertise working with payers, providers, consumer experience and engagement, and industry innovators to solve the challenges of an increasingly complex and changing landscape. Under her leadership, Langrand has seen its healthcare clients climb to as high as No. 20 on the Fortune 500 and has helped shape the face of public health in the third most populous county in the nation.

Shannon has served on the boards of directors for the Houston Area Women’s Center, the Association for the Advancement of Mexican Americans, MATCH (Midtown Arts and Theater Center Houston), TexHealth Harris County, the Center for Hearing and Speech, and Writers in the Schools, as well as on the advisory boards for Hermann Park Conservancy, Planned Parenthood and the Institute for Research on Women, Gender & Sexuality at the University of Houston. She is a graduate of the Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Businesses program and the Center for Houston’s Future Business Leadership Forum. Shannon is proud to count Langrand among just 0.1% of agencies that are doing national work and are led by women.

Denise Worrell

Principal, Innovation + Transformation

Denise Worrell is deeply passionate about solving complex problems and shaping the future, bringing a unique blend of innovation, foresight, design, strategy and healthcare expertise. As head of the Innovation and Transformation practice, she helps leading organizations navigate uncertainty and forge new paths togrowth success. Denise previously established the human-centered design practice at MD Anderson Cancer Center and was the Executive Director of Innovation. She also led a team designing and delivering next-gen healthcare products, services and experiences as the VP of Consumerism at Memorial Hermann Health System, the largest health system in Houston, Texas. Beyond her professional accomplishments, Denise is also an academically trained futurist with a master’s in foresight. She has worked on foresight efforts for many notable organizations, including Disney, the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, and the United Nations Development Programme. Denise serves on the Foresight Advisory Board for the University of Houston and is an adjunct professor for the program. She also co-founded the Houston chapter of Speculative Futures, part of the global Design Futures Initiative.

Andrew Gibson

VP, Strategy + Brand

Andrew Gibson is an experienced branding and marketing leader who believes that even in a changing, digital-led world, brand still holds the keys to the kingdom. Through his role as VP, Strategy and Brand, he helps organizations leverage brand and business strategy to stand out, find new opportunities and define clear futures, emphasizing curiosity, creative approaches and a deep focus on the customer. A skilled strategic marketer for nearly twenty years, Andrew brings a wealth of experience in market analysis, audience research, customer insights, positioning strategy and campaign planning. At Langrand, he leads our strategy teams in taking on challenging projects, with the goal of turning complex problems and categories into clear growth strategies. Andrew’s past and current clients include global telecommunications and technology brands, consumer packaged goods, multinational healthcare brands, professional sports teams, renewable energy producers, and local start-ups.

Caroline Garry

VP, Strategy + Design

Caroline Garry is fueled by finding solutions at the intersection of design and health. In her role as VP, Strategy and Design, she helps leading organizations overcome chaos and complexity through innovative, human-centered solutions. Caroline brings more than 20 years of expertise in brand, business, storytelling, creative direction, entrepreneurship, human-centered design, customer experience and communications. At Langrand, she works both front and center and behind the scenes to bring about long-lasting and meaningful change for our clients. She has led engagements for partners including MD Anderson Cancer Center, Virginia Mason Hospital and Medical Center (now Virginia Mason Franciscan Health), The Woman’s Hospital of Texas, Harris Health, Memorial Hermann Health System, Arkansas Blue Cross and Blue Shield, Credence Blue Cross and Blue Shield, Elevance Health, Livestrong and The Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation. Previously, Caroline held senior positions at creative agencies around the U.S., owned a consulting practice, and served as an Adjunct Professor at Austin Community College. Today, she is a public speaker on mental health and access, a Cub Scout Leader and an avid outdoors enthusiast in the Pacific Northwest.

Natalie Vuckovic

Chief of Staff

Natalie Vuckovic oversees all agency operations as Langrand’sChief of Staff. In addition to mastering the “business of the business,” she is a champion of agency culture who builds and nurtures cross-functional teamsto help create an environment where all Langranders can do their best work. Prior to joining Langrand, Natalie enjoyed a twenty-year career leading growth initiatives in the nonprofit sector. She has a strong foundation in community engagement.

Rochelle Mintz

VP, Client Services

Rochelle Mintz is fiercely relationship-driven and believes great work happens when people work great together. She has more than 25 years of corporate and agency experience building long-lasting relationships with Fortune 500 clients in both the B2C and B2B space. As VP, Client Services for Langrand, Rochelle oversees the client experience agency-wide with an eye on ROI—and return on expectation—for our clients. Rochelle’s work is rooted in building empathy and relationships. She has constantly spearheaded new initiatives aimed at creating innovative, best-in-class experiences for the agency’s clients. During her tenure, Rochelle has nurtured AOR relationships with companies like Neste and Howard Hughes Holdings, and provided strategic account leadership for United Airlines, Blue Cross of Idaho, and MVP Health Care. Rochelle is a highly skilled marketer with a wealth of experience building brands, planning media, managing sports sponsorships, and developing comprehensive, multi-channel campaigns. Prior to joining Langrand, Rochelle has led large account work for clients like the Houston Texans, Waste Management, Service Corporation International and Windstream Communications.

Spencer Strickland

VP, Creative

Spencer Strickland leads the Creative practice at Langrand, where he oversees the agency’s visionary storytelling, thoughtful design and award-winning campaign work. A passionate leader, he inspires client teams and his own to push beyond the expected and create the new, bringing brands to life in ways that win hearts, minds and market share. Under Spencer’s leadership, Langrand has grown into a creative powerhouse in the healthcare space and expanded into new industries at the forefront of innovation. His work at Langrand includes strategic creative campaigns for several national and multinational health brands as well as setting a new creative vision for a global renewable energy leader. Spencer is an art director and designer by trade who puts his heart and soul into every project, holding fast to what’s good and always embracing the question mark.
