Shannon Langrand

CEO, Founder

In a career spanning public health, politics and women’s health issues, Shannon has sought to make a lasting impact through a deeply personal approach to her work. She helps her clients, from the Fortune 50 to local arts non-profits, think differently about the issues they face. Shannon is a recognized healthcare branding leader who has grown Langrand’s portfolio to include some of the nation’s biggest brands, many of which are still in place from the time the agency first opened its doors in 2003. Among her most notable clients are Anthem, HCA Houston Healthcare, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Community Health Choice, Prologis and Oracle.

Natalie Vuckovic

Chief of Staff

A systems thinker and strategist at heart, Natalie serves as Langrand's Chief of Staff. She builds and nurtures cross-functional teams and oversees the "business of the business." A champion of agency culture, Natalie ensures Langrand employees are equipped with the right training and resources to ensure success—both for themselves and for our clients.

Andrew Gibson

Director of Strategy

A skilled marketer, strategist and account professional, Andrew has diverse and deep experience and a passion for helping businesses achieve their goals through problem solving, strategic brand development, and creative communication. At Langrand, he oversees the Strategy + Planning practice, delivering out-of-the-box thinking and strategic content creation to clients like Anthem, HCA and others.

Rochelle Mintz

Group Account Director

Rochelle has more than 20 years of corporate and agency experience building brands and developing comprehensive campaigins. Rochelle oversees our account services team and is laser-focused on increasing ROI, building brand trust and exceeding client expectations at every touchpoint. She has led work for clients like the PGA tour, Waste Management and Windstream Communications.

Spencer Strickland

Creative Director

Spencer serves as Langrand's strategic and creative director and oversees storytelling, design and messaging across clients, projects and mediums. A passionate leader, he puts his heart and soul into his approach and pushes himself and his team to reach new heights and deliver award-winning work. Spencer embraces the new while holding fast to what's good, and always embraces the question mark.

Caroline Garry

Director, Service and Experience Strategy + Design

With a background in brand, business, entrepreneurship, customer experience and communications, Caroline brings 20 years of expertise to Langrand. Fueled by finding solutions at the intersection of design and health, Caroline’s superpower is human-centered design. At Langrand, she works both front-and-center and behind-the-scenes to bring about long-lasting and meaningful change for our clients. She has led engagements for partners including Walmart Health, Virginia Mason Hospital and Medical Center, The Woman’s Hospital of Texas, Harris Health, Credence Blue Cross and Blue Shield, Livestrong, the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation, Gavi and Austin State Hospital. Caroline is also a public speaker for mental health and access and a board member at The Prison Scholar Fund, which focuses on creating second chances through higher education.
