Natalie Vuckovic

Chief of Staff

Natalie Vuckovic oversees all agency operations as Langrand’s Chief of Staff. In addition to mastering the “business of the business,” she is a champion of agency culture who builds and nurtures cross-functional teams to help create an environment where all Langranders can do their best work. Prior to joining Langrand, Natalie enjoyed a twenty-year career leading growth initiatives in the nonprofit sector. She has a strong foundation in community engagement.

Andrew Gibson is an experienced branding and marketing leader who believes that even in a changing, digital-led world, brand still holds the keys to the kingdom. Through his role as Head of Brand Intelligence, he helps organizations leverage brand and business strategy to stand out, find new opportunities and define clear futures, emphasizing curiosity, creative approaches and a deep focus on the customer.
