Shannon Langrand is dedicated to using strategy as a powerful tool to help organizations navigate uncertain futures. Since founding Langrand more than two decades ago, she has worked with senior leaders at Fortune 50 companies, category disruptors and the public sector on new ways to innovate and solve problems in the face of change. Her unique ability to spark innovation in legacy organizations has helped clients to reorient their brand, business strategy and company culture around new paths to growth.
Shannon is deeply passionate and knowledgeable about the business of health, using her expertise working with payers, providers, consumer experience and engagement, and industry innovators to solve the challenges of an increasingly complex and changing landscape. Under her leadership, Langrand has seen its healthcare clients climb to as high as No. 20 on the Fortune 500 and has helped shape the face of public health in the third most populous county in the nation.
Shannon has served on the boards of directors for the Houston Area Women’s Center, the Association for the Advancement of Mexican Americans, MATCH (Midtown Arts and Theater Center Houston), TexHealth Harris County, the Center for Hearing and Speech, and Writers in the Schools, as well as on the advisory boards for Hermann Park Conservancy, Planned Parenthood and the Institute for Research on Women, Gender & Sexuality at the University of Houston. She is a graduate of the Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Businesses program and the Center for Houston’s Future Business Leadership Forum. Shannon is proud to count Langrand among just 0.1% of agencies that are doing national work and are led by women.
