As a Digital Specialist, you will support our nimble digital strategy team in research, execution and measurement of client digital marketing programs. Focus areas for the selected Digital Specialist candidate include but are not limited to social media strategy, email marketing, content strategy and development, and other integrated digital campaigns.

You must be passionate about assisting in growing client accounts, propose creative digital solutions for complex projects, and work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Day-to-day

Leading team in crafting social strategies; supporting team in finding digital solutions

Directly manage flawless execution of digital and social strategies, including content ideation and production, community management oversight, paid media optimizations, social media analytics, influencer outreach/management and more 

Analyze existing and potential clients' social media and digital landscape, and make strategic recommendations to achieve key target client goals

Leveraging various tools and technologies, such as SEMrush, Moz, Searchmetrics, HubSpot and other social media tools to execute analytics and optimization

Manage complex, multi-facetted digital marketing efforts and seamlessly integrate into larger campaigns and traditional aspects of marketing (including print, display and other offline channels)

Create internal and client facing reports that focus on project performance and health

Analyze in-market results and digital marketing metrics to assess performance and generate future improvements and learnings

Ability to take ownership of projects and feel empowered to make smart recommendations

Participate in client meetings and provide input to the strategy


What we look for

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, PR or other related field

2-3 years of professional experience, preferably within an agency environment or corporate content team, with the ability to interface with both traditional and digital channels while working with cross-functional teams

Relevant experience in digital marketing: organic social media, paid social media campaigns, email marketing, SEO/SEM, Google AdWords, website design and development and mobile applications

Proficiency in digital marketing and reporting tools including but not limited to Google Analytics, SEMrush, Hubspot, Moz, Campaign Monitor, MailChimp, Hootsuite, Sprout Social and more

High proficiency with business software including the Microsoft Office and the Adobe Creative Suite

Proven organizational and project management skills

Strong communication skills and digital acumen working internally with team members as well as externally with clients and prospects

Self-motivated and able to work efficiently and independently and collaboratively
