Our Account Managers are smooth operators. They’re closely attuned to the beat of the agency and they keep our workflow moving in time.

When projects come through the agency, it’s your mission to translate client needs into opportunities for your team to shine.

Day-to-day

Become familiar with the client's product, company culture and competition

Discuss project requirements with the client and compile contextual details 

Own/manage projects and/or workstreams 

Negotiate project details, schedules and deadlines with clients and agency staff 

Develop, present and track estimates to clients for approval 

Keep supervisors and directors informed and involved in client activities 

Develop and execute project timelines 

Coordinate work between internal departments 

Prioritize project tasks to efficiently meet deadlines 

Manage project costs and prepare client billing and forecasts 

Create weekly status reports and meeting recaps 

Open jobs and complete project/creative briefs 

Recognize client needs and ensure client satisfaction

Build lasting client relationships based on achieving business objectives 

Review all materials prior to client presentation

Ensure quality work, especially under pressure 

Anticipate potential problems and present alternative solutions 


What we look for

3-5 years in Account Service or Brand Management 

Bachelors degree in Advertising, Marketing or related field 

B2B and B2C experience preferred 

Confident communicator, strategic, articulate, proactive and excellent presenter
