Langrand is an independent strategy and creative agency based in Houston, Texas. We help ambitious brands solve tough problems, tell great stories and do meaningful work. We are looking for a stellar Account Executive to join our growing team and work on one of our healthcare clients. Reporting into an Account Supervisor, you will manage details on multiple projects and help support our client relationship. As the Account Executive, you will:

Day-to-day

Become familiar with the client's product, company culture and competition

Discuss project requirements with the client and compile contextual details 

Negotiate project details, schedules and deadlines with clients and agency staff 

Develop, present and track estimates to clients for approval 

Keep supervisors and directors informed and involved in client activities 

Develop and execute project timelines 

Coordinate work between internal departments 

Prioritize project tasks to efficiently meet deadlines 

Manage project costs and prepare client billing and forecasts 

Create weekly status reports and meeting recaps 

Open jobs and complete project/creative briefs 

Recognize client needs and ensure client satisfaction

Build lasting client relationships

Review all materials prior to client presentation

Ensure quality work, especially under pressure 

Anticipate potential problems and present alternative solutions 


What we look for

1-3 years in Account Service or Brand Management 

Bachelors degree in Advertising, Marketing or related field
